  • Legal Contract with the seller

  • National ID cards of Directors
  • Completed application form
  • Certificate of registration/ incorporation
  • PIN of Directors
  • Latest 6 Months certified bank statements
  • 3 years audited accounts
  • 1 month recent Management accounts
  • Legal Contract with the seller
